We are the Floor Plan Maker Team, a small product team building AI tools for homeowners, renters, real estate professionals, designers and students.
What You Can Make

How It Works

What Our Plans Are — and Are Not
Our floor plans are AI-generated concept drawings. They are made for exploring and communicating ideas, not for construction. They are not surveyed, engineered or checked against building codes, and individual dimensions are approximate. Always have a qualified professional confirm measurements, structure and permits before you build.
We do not use your uploads or generated plans to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
